Amazing company, incredibly helpful customer service; if you want amazing quality earplugs, that have personally increased my focus 10x, this is the place to get them!

These are great for blocking background noise, but I am still able to hear someone talking to me. I also had a good experience with customer service about a refund for a case I ordered that was very hard to open and close.

Unfortunately the quiet loops didn’t work for me at all,I couldn’t hear anything other than myself talking and eating with them in was horrible and so loud. I have adhd and I’m very sensitive to sound. I did contact the head office and they was so lovely and sent me a refund so I decided to try the loop experience and they are amazing! And so comfortable they cut out just enough notice to feel comfortable and I can even nap with them in unlike the quiet ones. I would definitely recommend the experience loops.

Wonderful experience! I never write reviews but in this case I feel like more people should know and feel enouraged to order. I bought a pair of quiet (which are life changing) and I had a problem with the address but they emailed me and fixed it asap. Loved the overall service and products, I placed a new order and talked my friends into buying them too! 10 stars

They are the most comfortable earplugs I've tried. And they reduce sound quite remarkably. Also, they are very stylish.

Hi. I received my Loop Engage for Christmas and was using them as received. I tried to change the size of the earbuds, and after I took the original ones off, was unable to get the buds onto the loop. I watched the video and followed the instructions to no avail. I chatted with customer service and they wanted pix of the buds. I wasn't able to send pix and asked if there was some way to stretch the buds, only to receive no good info for that. I've liked the performance of the Loop Engage, but now can't wear them because I can't get any size of the silicone portion on to the hard portion. What good is that? I was truly disappointed in the suggestions given from customer service.

Ordered from loop after hearing loads of positive reviews from them. Unfortunately my first order was lost in the mail, but Loop were super helpful and sent me a replacement order. I got the loop Quiet and Experience and really like them, they fit well and you can't feel them in your ear once they're in.

I love my loops. I have 3 pairs: the quiet, the experience, and, most recently, the engage. I highly recommend them for people with chronic conditions that lead to noise sensitivity. I couldn’t function without them now. It would be cool if they could include some pairs with a slightly smaller loop for those of us with tiny ears, but other than that they are super comfortable and I forget that I’m wearing them.

I was very excited about receiving my Loop Quiets. I tried them for 3 nights, but unfortunately I have very small ear canals and they were not comfortable. However, the service leading up to and including the return experience was first class. Milan and Maria dealt with my order and return enquiry, and I must say that they were both, friendly, efficient and professional. Return payment was in my account the day after return enquiry. I will have no hesitation recommending Loops to my friends and family. Thank you

I bought the loop experience plus. Loop probably has one of the best customer service teams that I have come in contact with; they're fast, responsive and more than kind. I highly recommend them.

Your plugs are nothing but a marketing scam. They put a special name for them like quiet loop to make you think like you’re getting something special when really they’re no different than those rubbery ends of earbuds. That’s all they are there no different than that. And then they sell them for 20 bucks. Wake up people you’re being scammed!!!

Very impressed with this company. I bought ear plugs for hubby for Christmas and the case broke. I wrote to Loop and had a response within days. They have kindly offered to replace the case and have sent it already. As I said very impressed with the customer service and company. Husband thanks you as well, apparently I snore ?? and the ear plugs work a treat.

I love my Engage earplugs. I am hypersensive to certain background noise in one ear and they help me focus on conversations rather than noise/music. I also have the Quiet earplugs which were great on my recent flight. They do not block the noise completely but muffle it enough for me to relax and sleep while being super comfortable. I have now ordered Engage Plus as well.
